GENERATE!° addresses contemporary tendencies of art that are based on the use of electronic media as well as on the application of digital technologies. GENERATE!° is especially interested in the interrelations between art, research, and technology prior to its socio-political background. A special focus is put on works that are dedicated to generative processes of production and to algorithmically controlled outputs. This also includes their underlying concepts. (...)
